We have heard that hikers once spent the night at Chino Station while waiting to leave for the mountains the next morning—a practice known as a “station bivouac.” SANKA aims to be its modern counterpart: not a business hotel or a resort, but a safe, easy and comfortable base for one night before or after the mountains—and a starting point for journeys around Yatsugatake, Tateshina and Lake Suwa.

Find your reservation at the terminal, enter the required information and complete payment. Your receipt shows your room name and passcode.
DURING YOUR STAY
Shared facilities
Shower rooms, toilets and washbasins are shared. Free Wi-Fi, a lounge and coin laundry are available. The building is non-smoking.
BY 11:00 AM
Simply depart
No terminal procedure or key return is required. Check your belongings and leave by 11:00 am.
